    Nutrition and Food Service department has 5 full-time dietitians who are responsible for hospital meal services and management, nutrition assessment, nutrition consultation, nutrition and health education, etc.

    Food Service Section

    We provide inpatient dietary services and oversee the dietary management of patients.

    Clinical Nutrition Section

    • Inpatient nutrition consultation
    1. Patients at high risk of malnutrition, with special diseases or special diets (such as difficulty swallowing soft and pureed foods, various types of liquids, tube-feeding diets, diabetic diets, high-protein and high-calorie diets, etc.), who need dietary guidance or nutritional intervention, will refer to dietitians for nutritional consultation.
    2. Dietitians proactively assess the nutritional needs of each patient admitted to the ICU.
    • Outpatient diet counseling
    1. For diabetic nutrition counseling:Referral by a physician
    2. For chronic renal disease nutrition counseling:Referral by a physician
    3. For cancer nutrition counseling:to make an appointment with a dietitian, please call 08-7557885 ext. 85608
